Cooper's offices at 900 Centennial Boulevard, Building 2, which will include cardiology, internal medicine, orthopaedics, rheumatology and surgery.<\/p><\/div>\n

From family medicine to obstetrics and gynecology, and from orthopedics to medical specialties, Cooper University Hospital\u2019s University Physicians are beginning to see patients at new and improved locations in the suburban tri-county area.<\/p>\n

This expansion represents Cooper\u2019s commitment to quality, patient and family-centered care by offering academic medical services at convenient, state-of-the-art facilities in Willingboro, Voorhees and Washington Township.<\/p>\n

Chief of Orthopedic Surgery Lawrence S. Miller, M.D., said, \u201cWe are excited to be one of several specialties who are moving into this beautiful complex. This new office complex will allow increased communication among all physicians and staff, improving the way we deliver care to our patients.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Cooper Bone & Joint Institute and its Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services along with several medical practices are moving to their new and larger quarters in Voorhees in December, others are set for relocation in early 2010. (See list below.)<\/p>\n

New to Voorhees will be Cooper obstetrics\/gynecology practices, at 6117 Main Street, providing women with clinical services in Voorhees, along with the health education and resources of The Ripa Center for Women\u2019s Health & Wellness currently located at 1011 Main Street. Cooper rheumatology practices are also new to Voorhees having moved into the 900 Centennial Boulevard, Building 2 (in the former Village Shoppes Plaza). Cooper surgical specialty and hematology\/oncology practices are scheduled to open at the 900 Centennial Boulevard, Building 2, site in the Spring of 2010.<\/p>\n

The Department of Family Medicine has also opened a beautiful 2,400 square foot outpatient facility in Washington Township at 123 Egg Harbor Road, Tower Commons, in Sewell.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe new location to Washington Township now offers our patients better access in a more convenient, comfortable and newly constructed office setting,\u201d said Dyanne P. Westerberg, D.O., Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at Cooper University Hospital.<\/p>\n

In Willingboro, expansion will occur this Spring. Cooper Primary Care and Cooper specialists will move from its current facility on Sunset Road to larger and updated quarters on JFK Parkway.<\/p>\n

A special community event is scheduled for January 23, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the new Voorhees location. We’ll be providing free health screenings, tours of our new offices. free gifts and light refreshments will be offered. Plus, meet Mad Dog, the Philadelphia Wings mascot, as well as the Wings cheerleaders. No registration is needed for this event and we look forward to seeing you!<\/p>\n
