It will also help create a safe, vibrant neighborhood for people to live and work.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As the anchor institution for the Cooper Plaza neighborhood, Cooper University Hospital has worked with the community to collaboratively plan for a revitalized \u201cHealth Sciences Campus and Neighborhood.\u201d Cooper continues to make investments to better serve the people of Camden and to revitalize the community.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/news\/2009\/04\/cooper-university-hospital-welcomes-new-neighbor\/cooper_condos\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-564\" title=\"Cooper_condos\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/news\/files\/2010\/05\/Cooper_condos.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"388\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Cooper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor many years, we have partnered with organizations who believe in our vision to make Camden a better place,\u201d said John P. Sheridan, Jr., President and CEO at Cooper. \u201cWe are proud of the achievements thus far. We extend our warm congratulations to Saint Joseph\u2019s Carpenter Society, which now has under way its 22nd historic home rehabilitation in the Cooper Plaza neighborhood.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Redevelopment in Cooper Plaza has been marked by a spirit of cooperation.
