The annual National Research Corporation (NCR) award identifies hospitals across the United States that have been chosen by health care consumers as having the highest quality and the best image. This is the 10<sup>th<\/sup> year Cooper has received this honor.<\/p>\n<p>The winners, named in Modern Healthcare magazine, are selected based on consumer perceptions on multiple quality and image ratings collected in the NRC\u2019s Market Insights Survey, the largest online consumer health care survey in the country. National Research Corporation surveys more than 300,000 households in the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.<\/p>\n<p>In the survey results, Cooper saw large gains and surpassed other South Jersey hospitals in two areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Best Image and Reputation<\/li>\n<li>Best Doctors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;The entire Cooper team has worked tirelessly to continually improve the health care services delivered to our patients throughout the hospital and outpatient offices,&#8221; said Cooper President and CEO Adrienne Kriby, PhD, FACHE. &#8220;Improving quality and safety, and providing an exceptional patient experience are at the core of Cooper.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cooper has won the coveted Consumer Choice Award for 2015-2016.
