Cooper University Health Care and\u00a0 the Cooper in Schools (CIS) Program<\/a> invites school nurses, coaches, athletic trainers and school administrators to a continuing education symposium, \u201cHealth Care: High Stakes, High Standards,\u201d \u00a0on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Westin Mount Laurel, 555 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel, NJ.<\/p>\n

The symposium features prominent Cooper physicians and clinicians addressing issues that affect a child\u2019s physical and mental well-being. Topics include pediatric trauma, sport and hand injuries and obesity as well as difficult behavior and mindfulness recognition.<\/p>\n

New Jersey State Nurses Association contact hours will be provided to nurses.\u00a0 Registration is required.\u00a0 The cost is $45 in advance and $55 on the day of the event. \u00a0A continental breakfast and lunch are included.<\/p>\n
