Questions can be submitted in advance of the scheduled chat and, if a patient is not available when the live chat is happening, a complete transcript of each chat will be available immediately following the event.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe service allows patients to ask our physicians general health-related questions in a way that easily fits into their busy schedules, as we\u2019re planning to host most sessions during the lunch hour,\u201d said Andrew Gradel, Manager of Internet Marketing at Cooper. \u201cIt is extremely convenient for both partys and, in the end, the patient does not have to worry about the expense of a doctor\u2019s visit because the service is completely free-of-charge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The first live chat will take place on Wednesday, August 20 at 12 p.m. It will be hosted by Eric L.
