They provide technical support regarding compensation practices, innovations and legal parameters, and assure compliance with wage and hours laws.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years in Compensation, experience in Healthcare preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience\/knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.\u00a0 Proficient in Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Manager Compensation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.cooperhealth.org\/job\/camden\/mgr-compensation-human-resources\/338\/3520783\">Click here to apply<\/a> or visit jobs.cooperhealth.org and search requisition number\u00a035347.<\/p>\n<p>The Manager of Compensation is responsible for the strategy, development, compliance and administration of the compensation programs. They oversee the day to day activities of the compensation department,\u00a0including employee\u00a0salaries, job evaluation, employee pay equity, salary survey participation, and new hire\u00a0salary offers. They also oversee financial management, including development and management of multiple compensation operational budgets. This individual supervises the implementation of programs, special projects, research studies and other\u00a0divisional initiatives to identify best practices and process improvements in order to\u00a0promote functional efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Equivalent Experience in Human Resources required.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 3 years of management experience and 5 years\u2019 experience in compensation.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hospital or Healthcare experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proven record in building relationships in a Business Partner structure.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lawson\/Microsoft add-ins experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Cooper University Health Care is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, age, religion, disabilities, marital status, protected Veteran status, national origin, or any other category protected by federal or state law.
