Our Cooper Team also delivered supplies for them to stock the pantry with peanut butter and jelly.<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks to Chantay Harris, a population health coach in the Transitional Care Department, who was able to secure a significant donation from Shop Rite of Lawnside for the sandwiches.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-9455
