Makes about 2 cups.
Great with Buffalo Cauliflower Bites.
Ingredients:
6 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup non-fat sour cream
2 tbsp chives, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tbsp black pepper
½ tbsp Kosher salt
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2-3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
½ tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Directions:
- Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl.
- Set aside in the refrigerator. The longer it sits, the better the flavors will meld together. Best to make the night before.
