- 25 Scallops
- 25 strips thin Turkey Bacon
- ¼ Cup Sweet Soy Sauce
- Wrap each scallop with 1 strip of turkey bacon and place on a skewer. Makes it easier to turn on the grill if using two skewers. Place 5 wrapped scallops per skewer.
- Lightly sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place skewers on hot grill, flat side down and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with sweet soy sauce and serve.
