Grilled Turkey Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Sweet Soy Glaze

Servings: 5 (5 scallops per skewer)


  • 25 Scallops
  • 25 strips thin Turkey Bacon
  • ¼ Cup Sweet Soy Sauce


  • Wrap each scallop with 1 strip of turkey bacon and place on a skewer.  Makes it easier to turn on the grill if using two skewers. Place 5 wrapped scallops per skewer.
  • Lightly sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Place skewers on hot grill, flat side down and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from grill and drizzle with sweet soy sauce and serve.

Each serving contains approximately 217 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 41 g protein, 3 g fat.
