This dressing goes great with buffalo chicken wings, makes a flavorful dip for veggies or substitutes well for bottled blue cheese dressing on a salad.
6 ounces non-fat Greek yogurt
4 ounces non-fat sour cream
2 tablespoon parsley, minced
2 tablespoon chive, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ tablespoon black pepper
½ tablespoon kosher salt
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2-3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
½ tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.
The longer it sits, the better the flavors will meld together. Best to make the night before.
Makes about two cups.
A 1-ounce serving has approximately 28 calories, 2.5 g protein, 1.3 g fat and 1 g carbohydrates.
