Ingredients: (makes about 4 cups)
- 3 avocados, rough chopped
- 1 peeled mango, diced small
- 1 tomato, diced small
- 1 red onion, diced small
- 1 green pepper, diced small
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- pinch salt and pepper
In a bowl, mash avocado until smooth or desired texture. Mix in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined. Serve.
