An easy way to prepare butternut squash as a side dish or a delicious winter soup.

Use this recipe in our Roasted Butternut Squash Soup.
5-6 cups butternut squash, peeled and evenly chopped
Pinch salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
Place butternut squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over squash.
Roast for 20-30 minutes or until squash is tender.
