\"\"I need to tell someone that the patient care at Cooper Digestive Health – 501 Fellowship Road<\/a>. when you walk in to and go to the right. was incredible. The girls in the reception area were very pleasant and cheered me up even though I was in a bad mood going in.<\/p>\n

When I went into the treatment room to get my endoscopy, everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. The nurses, the nurses’ assistant (who was a man) and the whole ambiance was very welcoming. They tried to make sure I had whatever I needed even when I didn’t ask for it.<\/p>\n

It makes me proud to say that I have had such a good health care system in my area, where people seemed to really care about what was happening to me and the other patients. I was really scratching my head as I am not used to having good experiences in hospitals or clinics. I don’t know whether it is the team of people they hired, how they were trained, the management, or\u00a0 how well equipped the place was or what, but I can honestly say I will recommend this place and staff to anyone I get a chance to as I truly enjoyed my stay.<\/p>\n

I don’t usually do this and never take customer surveys but I want to tell them thank you for brightening up my day, and please KEEP UP the wonderful work and community service! One never knows what patients are going thru.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
