This is a reminder that the employee and provider surveys are now open. A link to the survey was sent to your Cooper email from the email address surveysolutions@pressganey.com<\/a> and will remain active until Friday, June 28, 2019. You will be able to complete the survey online from any computer or mobile device. Reminder emails will be sent every Thursday until the survey closes.<\/p>\n

Anyone who participates in the survey has a chance to win a prize. Press Ganey \u2013 not Cooper \u2013 will randomly select a winner each week and a grand prize winner at the close of the survey. Weekly winners will receive two movie tickets, and the grand prize winner will receive medallions equaling $100 to select a gift through our rewards and recognition portal. Congratulations to our first week\u2019s winner \u2013 Samantha Scriber-Dorsey who is a Patient Services Representative at Internal Medicine Specialty Care in Voorhees.<\/p>\n

Cooper does not<\/u> receive data on how an individual employee answers survey questions. Press Ganey, our survey vendor, only reports aggregate data to Cooper and only for departments with five or more employees. Your answers to the survey questions are completely confidential<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
