The center offers twenty specialty services in addition to primary care and hosts \u201cgroup visits\u201d for patients with chronic illnesses. Innovative scheduling improvements, enhanced patient outreach and engagement, and provider flexibility supports the care of 600 to 700 patients each week at the center.<\/p>\n<p>Since opening its doors, the center has been a media focus because of the innovative models to increase access and the care delivery system. Dan Gorenstein, a correspondent for American Public Media\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketplace.org\/topics\/health-care\/diagnosis-camden\/data-secret-ingredient-hospital-cooperation\">Marketplace<\/a>, is a frequent visitor, reporting for the series &#8220;Diagnosis: Camden.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>During this week-long celebration, patients will be honored for their role in helping to make the center a success.
