The Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) law is now in effect in New Jersey. In the next Schwartz Center presentation, a panel of experts will review what the new law entails, who is eligible, the medical ethics surrounding the issues, the position of Cooper University Hospital, and how this law might affect patients and providers. A question and answer session will be encouraged.<\/p>\n
