A Risk Management associate will conduct a phone intake and will manually enter the report into the system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS: <\/strong>No additional systems will be effected by the downtime.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The database migration has been completed and is ready for use.
