This year\u2019s event was held at Filomena&#8217;s in Berlin. The guest speaker, Mary Starvaggi, Communication and Etiquette Consultant, Etiquette Advantage, discussed Patient Engagement and the Changing Health Care Landscape, Considerations for Hospitals, Health Systems, and Group Practices.
