Epic Production Scheduled Downtime:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Date\/Time:<\/strong> Sunday, December 15, 2019, from 3 a.m. to 4 a.m.<\/p>\n

Duration:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0One hour<\/p>\n

Description:<\/strong> Epic will be down for one hour on Sunday to perform a system update. Epic Production will be unavailable during this one hour period. Epic Hyperspace sessions will be disconnected at the start of the downtime, and any information not saved by that time may be lost. Due to the anticipated length of this downtime, Epic Read-Only will be enabled. Click http:\/\/portal\/SiteDirectory\/epicreadmode\/default.aspx for instructions on how to access Epic Read-Only.<\/p>\n

Impact:<\/strong> At the start of the downtime, Epic users will be automatically exited from the system. Interface traffic will be delayed during the downtime, but will queue and transmit at the conclusion of the downtime. It may take up to 15 minutes after the downtime is complete for the backlog of queued interface traffic to clear.<\/p>\n

Other Affected Systems:<\/strong> All systems that interface with Epic will experience delays in traffic during and immediately after the downtime.<\/p>\n
