You Still Need to Present Your New Insurance Card"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Please remember that you are required to present your new insurance card, along with a photo ID, when arriving for a primary care or specialist appointment, having tests done, or checking in for an emergency visit at Urgent Care.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you opted for insurance coverage with no copay, presenting your card confirms that you have current health insurance. Providing this confirmation will prevent you from being billed improperly or labeled as self-pay or uninsured, or being denied a visit altogether.<\/p>\n<p>If you didn\u2019t select new coverage but chose to let the coverage roll over for 2020, please be aware that because Cooper has a new insurer for employees \u2013 Independence Blue Cross \u2013 your former insurance cards are no longer valid.<\/p>\n<p>If you selected the Cooper basic, core, or standard PPO plan for 2020 but have not yet received your new Independence Blue Cross insurance cards, please contact Independence Administrators customer service at 1.844.864.4352.<\/p>\n<p>You can also print your new cards by logging in to the Independence Administrators website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myibxtpabenefits.com\/\">www.myibxtpabenefits.com<\/a><u>.<\/u><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please remember that you are required to present your new insurance card, along with a photo ID, when arriving for a primary care or specialist appointment, having tests done, or checking in for an emergency visit at Urgent Care.
