We are pleased to announce our top three climbers for the inaugural month of the Zenith Climb challenge!<\/p>\n

    Our top climber and first place winner, MarySue, will receive a\u00a0congratulatory basket and our second and third place climbers will each receive a gift card! Thank you for being a model of wellness to everyone in the Cooper community.<\/p>\n

    Cooper supports your wellness! Please enjoy\u00a0the Health and\u00a0Wellness website for articles, videos, and ideas on how to weave wellness into your days. Submit your ideas for wellness at Cooper under “Share your Wellness Ideas” at wellness.cooperhealth.org.<\/p>\n

    Send us your pictures of you engaging in wellness \u2013 running, hiking, meditating, taking a tai chi class, relaxing with kids and tag #CooperHealthandWellness.<\/p>\n

    Track your staircase climbs each day and submit at the end of the month through the wellness website. There will be a winner every month in 2020!<\/p>\n
