Notice of a scheduled upgrade to Cooper\u2019s Citrix Storefront environment \u2013 please review the details below and plan accordingly.<\/p>\n

Date\/Time: Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at 3 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duration: One hour<\/p>\n

Description: Overnight, starting at 3 a.m., the Citrix Storefront environment will be upgraded to the latest version. Access to https:\/\/citrix.cooperhealth.edu<\/a> and https:\/\/remote.cooperhealth.edu<\/a> will be intermittently affected as the upgrade takes place. If you already have an established connection to applications via Citrix, your connection will not be affected.<\/p>\n

Upon completion, you will once again be able to access the Citrix environment via https:\/\/citrix.cooperhealth.edu<\/a> for internal access and https:\/\/remote.cooperhealth.edu<\/a> for remote access.<\/p>\n

After the upgrade, the Citrix portal will look slightly different and you will be able to click directly on the application icon or name to launch the application or to view drop-down details\/description of the application.<\/p>\n

Impact: Users attempting to login and connect to https:\/\/citrix.cooperhealth.edu<\/a> and https:\/\/remote.cooperhealth.edu<\/a> at the exact time of the upgrade \u2013 3 a.m. \u2013 may experience intermittent access limitations. If you already have established connections to applications via Citrix, your connection will not be affected.<\/p>\n
