We strongly encourage you to try out the change in the Sandbox environment so you\u2019re prepared.\u00a0 Please help your fellow users adjust to the change and share tips and tricks. No matter your role at Cooper, the new Storyboard layout and hover-over functionality is similar for all Epic users.<\/p>\n<p>As with previous upgrades, there will be a downtime as we bring the new version live. <strong>Epic production will be inaccessible starting at 3 a.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2020<\/strong>. The upgraded system is expected to be live by 6 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Storyboard, there are a variety of other improvements included in the upgrade.
