That is why we created a Resiliency Resources Team (RRT) to help our Cooper team manage stress and mental health issues during the pandemic. This week, Cooper joined the <strong>Heroes Health Initiative<\/strong> with researchers from University of North Carolina Health, Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Indiana University, and Jefferson Health. The smartphone-based app is <strong>designed to help frontline health care professionals monitor their mental health<\/strong>, including stress, anxiety, depression, and effects on sleep, and to connect them with useful mental health and wellness resources when needed. Participation in the initiative is strictly voluntary.<\/p>\n<p>To participate, simply download the \u201cHeroes Health\u201d app and complete a brief, five-minute survey weekly. After the survey, within the app you can see simple summary of your reported mental health. As you update the app each week, you can also see trends in your symptoms over time.
