As we continue to navigate through the pandemic, you can help us get even better by sharing your personal experience at Cooper.<\/p>\n<p>Once again, we are working with Press Ganey on <strong>engagement surveys<\/strong> for our employees, physicians and APPs, and residents and fellows. As you know, the engagement surveys are <strong>anonymous<\/strong>. Your participation in these surveys helps improve the patient and employee experience at Cooper.<\/p>\n<p>Your responses from the 2019 surveys resulted in a number of positive organizational changes, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New supplies and equipment:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>200 new Workstations on Wheels<\/li>\n<li>800 PCs ordered and deployed<\/li>\n<li>Improved supply inventory process on patient floors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>New parking garage is being built and is scheduled to open in November 2020<\/li>\n<li>New and improved clinical space:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>OR renovations<\/li>\n<li>New Trauma and Surgical Intensive Care Unit \u2013 Roberts Pavilion 10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved health benefit plan launched in January 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On <strong>October 9, 2020<\/strong>, look for an email from <a href=\"mailto:noreply@surveys.pressganey.com\">noreply@surveys.pressganey.com<\/a> with your individual survey link.
