Presented by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), It\u2019s How to Say It is a free workshop that will teach attendees how to use empathic vs. reactive interactions, constructive criticism, active listening and proven methods for smooth communications. The workshop takes place on Monday, October 6, 2014,<\/strong> at 10 a.m. to noon at Cooper University Hospital, Roberts Pavilion P1005, Camden.<\/p>\n

Cooper University Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the New Jersey State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center\u2019s Commission on Accreditation.<\/em><\/p>\n
