Due to the trend-setting nature of this year, we are going to take a pause on the awarding of the annual quality and safety awards. Instead, the Quality Improvement department wants to recognize and honor the entire Cooper community: Staff, providers, and those working behind the scenes, for pulling together, everyone in their own capacity, and crossing over to wherever they could assist. This year has demonstrated how everyone at Cooper stepped up and \u201cearned\u201d awards for their ingenuity while battling the unseen enemy, COVID-19. No one was looking for special recognition or a pat on the back, they just did what was necessary, thinking on their feet and springing into action. For this, the Quality Improvement department is grateful for being part of such a magnificent community.<\/p>\n
