Cooper users can now use their regular network username and password when accessing their account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Software Update<\/strong><br \/>\nFor CPN users that own, revise, and\/or approve policies, ensure the \u201cWordModule Plus\u201d software is updated on your computer. Follow the steps listed below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows 7: Open the Start menu&gt; All Programs&gt; Cooper Tools&gt; Software Center<\/li>\n<li>Windows 10: Open the Start menu&gt; Cooper Tools&gt; Software Center, then click on the applications tab, and then install software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Questions?
