During the week of March 15 to 19, 2021, Cooper will recognize Patient Safety Awareness Week. This annual event encourages everyone to learn more about health care safety. As part of Cooper\u2019s journey toward becoming a High Reliability Organization (HRO) and reaching a goal of zero harm to all, we believe this is a great time to share our strategy for achieving this goal and how each and every member of the Cooper team plays an important role.<\/p>\n

We will be hosting a variety of virtual activities that will help staff and providers recognize the impact of preventable harm and what we can do to prevent these events.<\/p>\n
