It is because of you that Cooper is able to deliver on our mission \u2013 <strong>To Serve \u2219 To Heal \u2219 To Educate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Changes and improvements made as a result of the previous Employee Partnership\/Engagement Survey:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Increased organizational and departmental communication<br \/>\n\u2022 Added additional staff across the organization<br \/>\n\u2022 Increased training and development opportunities<br \/>\n\u2022 Improved access to and quality of equipment and supplies<br \/>\n\u2022 Made significant (and ongoing) improvements to patient care and work environments<br \/>\n\u2022 Increased staff participation in performance improvement activities and projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Invested in the development of our leadership team<\/p>\n<p>You now have the opportunity to tell us the impact of these actions.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not have access to a computer, laptop stations are available.
