The Patient Access Center is a fast-paced call center with a very talented team of patient navigators.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-11873 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/news\/files\/2021\/04\/IMG_1595-146x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"146\" height=\"300\" \/>A patient navigator is proactive in serving patients. &#8220;Our patient navigators provide a single and centralized point of patient access to physician and radiology services across multiple disciplines.
