On Monday, June 7, 2021, Cooper opened its new, state-of-the-art molecular laboratory in the E&R building.\u00a0 The laboratory is funded in part by a $5.1 million dollar grant from the State of New Jersey, and aims to increase capacity for COVID-19 testing, as well as expand Cooper\u2019s capability to test for other emerging diseases.\u00a0 Dr. Tina Edmonston is the Medical Director and Sean Carey is the Manager.<\/p>\n
