Cooper is committed to making our organization a best-in-class place for providers to practice medicine, and your feedback is vital to helping us achieve this goal. To gather your opinions, ideas and comments most effectively, we have partnered with The Advisory Board to conduct a comprehensive medical staff survey. On October 15, 2014<\/strong>, a survey link was sent to you via e-mail from AdvisoryBoardSurveySolutions@advisory.com<\/em>.<\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t completed the survey yet, we ask that you please consider taking the survey and let us know how we are doing. The survey is brief and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n

Changes and improvements made as a result of the previous Physicians Engagement Survey:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Partnership between physician and administrative leadership in the development and execution of the 2014 strategies and work plans.
\n\u2022 New service standards for all staff across the outpatient offices and within the hospital.
\n\u2022 Redesign of EPIC rollout for specialties going from paper charts into EPIC.
\n\u2022 Implementation of \u201cDark Fiber\u201d at ambulatory locations, enhancing the reliability and speed of the EPIC EMR.
\n\u2022 Replacement and upgrade of mobile computer workstations.
\n\u2022 Standardizing and improving care delivery processes.<\/p>\n
