Open Enrollment for 2015 begins today, October 20, 2014, and continues through November 3, 2014<\/strong>. In the next few days, your 2015 open enrollment materials will be mailed to your home.<\/p>\n

ACTION REQUIRED!<\/strong> This year, all new and current participants are required to enroll in the medical plan or waive coverage. If you do not enroll or if you decline medical coverage and do not attest to being a non-tobacco or tobacco user, you will be defaulted into the Cooper Core Health Plan\u2013Employee Only coverage and will be charged the full rate for tobacco users, effective January 1, 2015!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Hospital Benefits Fair will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014<\/strong>, in the Roberts Pavilion, conference room P1014, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Representatives from each of our plan vendors and Human Resources will be available to help with any questions. In addition, flu shots will be available to employees.<\/p>\n
