Each quarter, Cooper\u2019s Population Health team identifies an employee who exemplifies its values \u2013 Innovation, Patient Empowerment, Commitment to Excellence, Compassionate Care.<\/p>\n<p>All employees are encouraged to nominate someone who drives population health outcomes. Nominees can be from any department and don&#8217;t have to be clinical.\u00a0 The nomination form is available <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/update.cooperhealth.org\/population-health-quarterly-recognition-form\/\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Please submit nominations by Wednesday July 21, 2021.\u00a0The winner will be announced at the end of July.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last call for nominations!
