Team members who received the Pfizer vaccine only can use <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/my.cooperhealth.org\/MyChart\/Authentication\/Login?\">myCooper<\/a><\/strong> to schedule an appointment. Also, please remember to<strong> bring your vaccination card with you<\/strong> at the time of your booster so that it will be recorded accurately on your card.<\/p>\n<p>You do not need to receive a booster shot to be considered fully vaccinated and it is not mandated that you receive a booster shot. Those who received the Moderna or J&amp;J vaccines do not need a booster at this time.\u00a0 Click here to read the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/media\/releases\/2021\/p0924-booster-recommendations-.html\">CDC recommendation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When you receive your COVID-19 booster shot you can also receive your flu shot, if you wish. Only team members receiving COVID-19 booster shots can receive flu shots at the pop-up COVID-19 vaccine locations. For all other team members, you can find the flu vaccination <a href=\"https:\/\/request.cooperhealth.org\/apps\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Flu-Vaccine-Schedule-2021.pdf\">schedule here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Next week, team members will be able to receive their booster shot in the Kelemen Circle tent.
