At Cooper University Health Care, the Sunshine Award is given to critical care techs, nurse associates, and companions who demonstrate excellent patient and family-centered care while carrying out Cooper University Health Care\u2019s mission: To serve, to heal, to educate. Critical care techs, nurse associates, and companions play an important role on the health care team. Their hard work is invaluable to members of the health care team and does not go unnoticed.<\/p>\n
