We are very excited to announce an all-new virtual benefits fair experience along with several enhancements. You will be able view the 2022 open enrollment virtual benefits fair from a computer or mobile device by going to <strong>CooperVB.com. <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current participants in the <strong>Basic, Core, and Standard plans<\/strong> will enjoy <strong>passive enrollment<\/strong> for 2022 (no action is required) <strong>unless<\/strong> <strong>you decide to make a change<\/strong> to your existing benefit elections.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to fund a Flexible Spending Account (medical or dependent), you <strong>will need to take action<\/strong> to enroll for 2022. <strong>This benefit option does not carry over from the prior year. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>There are <strong>NO<\/strong> increases to dental, vision, or voluntary life insurance premiums; therefore, these plans are also included in <strong>passive enrollment<\/strong> and will automatically continue for the 2022 plan year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2022 Benefit Enhancements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Behavioral health 100% coverage in Tier 1 and Tier 2<\/li>\n<li>Expanded infertility treatment coverage with an Independence Administrators provider<\/li>\n<li>Expanded outpatient rehabilitation coverage with Independence Administrator providers<\/li>\n<li>Dental implant coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are adding a dependent to your benefit coverage, you will be required to provide their social security number in employee self-service. This information is <strong>required<\/strong> for your dependent(s) to receive coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Open enrollment materials, which include the 2022 biweekly contributions for medical, dental, and vision coverage along with the complete <strong>2022 Benefits Highlights Booklet<\/strong>, are currently available online. You may access this information through <strong>Employee Self-Service &gt; Benefits &gt; Benefit Booklet. <\/strong>These resources will provide useful information to help you select the plan that best meets your needs and your budget.<\/p>\n<p>For open enrollment questions, please call the <strong>Member<\/strong><strong> Advocacy Program<\/strong> at 1.800.563.9929.
