I was quite overwhelmed with another cancer to fight. My first chemo treatment I was nervous and scared but Maria made it much better. She is a compassionate person and efficient. She helped me with scheduling and made sure I received extra hydration and nausea meds after having issues my first week; she was on top of every question or need I had. She\u2019s an amazing patient advocate. You can see this isn\u2019t just a job for her. I am on my fifth treatment today and I don\u2019t think I would have gotten through this as easily with such a positive mindset without her.
