Recently, Cooper established dates for professional headshots for all of 2022 and created a reservation system to make it easier for providers to select and register for a date. The reservation system is available at https:\/\/request.cooperhealth.org\/headshots\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Provider headshots are required for web bios, announcements, and the printed provider directory for all full-time and part-time providers. These headshots also go to Cooper Medical School of Rowan University for those with faculty appointments and to Cooper IT for uploading into Epic.<\/p>\n

Residents and fellows may also have their headshots taken for use on our GME websites.<\/p>\n

PRN staff do not have web bios, announcements, or directory listings, so we ask that they do not get a headshot. If\/when they convert to full or part time, they may get a headshot at that time.<\/p>\n

New Jersey\u2019s Provider Transparency Law, which went into effect in July 2021, makes it mandatory for a headshot to appear with provider bios. In addition, it is Cooper\u2019s policy to have web bios completed, reviewed, and prepared for announcement within one week of a provider\u2019s start date, so we appreciate department leadership\u2019s assistance in ensuring that your providers are scheduled in a timely manner. Your providers are welcome to attend a session prior to their official start date.<\/p>\n

Providers whose schedules do not permit them to attend an on-site session may contact the photographer to arrange a session at his studio free of charge. Please see below for the photographer\u2019s contact information.<\/p>\n
