The receiver of a coin can either keep it (some team members have clipped them behind their badges) or pass it along to the next individual they encounter engaging in a random act of kindness. The coins say \u201cPass it on!\u201d and include phrases such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thank you for everything. Token of appreciation.<\/li>\n<li>You made me smile.<\/li>\n<li>Thank you for your kindness.
