Thank you to our entire Cooper team for playing an important role in Cooper\u2019s journey toward becoming a High Reliability Organization and reaching a goal of zero harm.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage all team members to participate in the Patient Safety Awareness events scheduled this week. You can view a full schedule of events <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2022\/03\/2022-PSAW-Schedule_FINAL-3-14-22.pdf\"><strong>here.<\/strong><\/a> Also, visit Pulse+ to complete a daily patient safety crossword puzzle.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Cooper\u2019s Patient Safety team recommends several resources to help providers and staff prevent errors and encourage patients to take an active role in their own health care.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality has compiled a list of 20 tips to help prevent medical errors. You can view the list <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahrq.gov\/questions\/resources\/20-tips.html\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ask Me 3 is a resource from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement that is intended to help patients become more active members of their health care team.
