CooperUnite is Cooper University Health Care\u2019s social determinant of health resource tool for team members and patients. It allows the Cooper community to apply a relevant zip code to search and immediately connect to support such as financial assistance, food pantries, medical care, and other free or reduced-cost help. Cooper team members can use CooperUnite to make resource referrals, while patients also have access that allows them to search for resources themselves.
