Beginning July 20, 2022, team members must use the new <strong>Maintenance Web Request<\/strong> form (on Pulse under Frequently Used Links) or <strong>CMS Request<\/strong>, a mobile app available on iOS or Android.<\/p>\n<p>Some benefits of the new form and app include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability for all Cooper team members to submit maintenance requests during any shift, including weekends.<\/li>\n<li>Better tracking of existing maintenance requests with email updates and search capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to submit pictures from your mobile device via the CMS Request app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can review the user reference guides for the Maintenance Web Request form and CMS Request app <a href=\"http:\/\/portal\/SiteDirectory\/FSI\/Shared%20Documents\/\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cooper is replacing the HEMS (Maintenance) Web Request with two new ways to submit maintenance requests.
