When submitting a maintenance request through the new Maintenance Web Request<\/strong> form (on Pulse under Frequently Used Links) or CMS Request <\/strong>app, please complete all of the information fields with as much detail as possible so that the facilities technicians can properly triage your request in a timely manner. You must also include your Cooper email address to receive email notifications about your work order.<\/p>\n
