The deadline for Cooper\u2019s Culture of Safety survey has been extended to October 2, 2022.<\/p>\n

All clinical hospital team members received this\u00a0anonymous survey<\/strong>. Please help us assess our patient safety culture to identify our strengths and areas for improvement, evaluate the cultural impact of patient safety initiatives and interventions, and raise team member awareness around safety. Units with the greatest survey participation rates will be eligible for prizes.<\/p>\n
