Voting for the DEI T-shirt ends this Friday, October 14, 2022. <\/strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a> to vote for your favorite T-shirt design from the three finalists below, which include the artists\u2019 explanation of their design.\u00a0The winner (and the finalists) will be revealed the week of October 24, 2022, in the CEO message.<\/p>\n

Power of Coming Together<\/strong><\/p>\n

The concept of our design is to represent different cultures, ethnicities and beliefs through hands containing different art and jewelry which are displayed in the shape of a heart to represent inclusion, and the design is tied together by words such as diversity, equity, and inclusion in the middle. The goal of our design is to use art and jewelry to represent the beauty of differences and uniqueness, and the power of coming together.<\/p>\n

DEI: Supporting Outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n

The graphic is intended to reflect that Cooper needs all three DEI components to raise up our patients, communities, and team members. In the final art, the silhouettes would be real Cooper and team members (with their permission) that reflect DEI at Cooper, and the silhouettes could be changed to reflect important campaigns in our DEI journey.<\/p>\n

Working and Growing Together<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our concept was in order for us all to continue to grow we need to work together no matter your race, ethnicity, disability, nationality, gender or association. Inclusion is what makes the world go round. We need to lift each other up and work together as a whole.<\/p>\n
