During this time, you can enroll or make changes to benefit elections for you and your family.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about the 2023 benefit plans, please visit the virtual benefits fair at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coopervb.com\/\"><strong>CooperVB.com<\/strong><\/a> from your computer or mobile device.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The <\/strong><strong>2023 benefit enhancements include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Cooper medical plan now provides a lower cost coverage option for a team member plus one child. If you are covering yourself and one child, you must update your medical plan coverage to this new level.<\/li>\n<li>Annual maximum coverage amounts for Delta Dental Preferred and Buy-Up plans are increasing.<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced vision benefit if you use an EyeMed PLUS Provider.<\/li>\n<li>New York Life will be the new life and disability insurance carrier for Cooper University Health Care.<\/li>\n<li>You will be able to elect supplemental life insurance up to a combined basic and supplemental life benefit of $800,000 for yourself and $25,000 for your spouse without having to submit evidence of insurability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This year\u2019s open enrollment is passive. This means that if you do not make any changes during open enrollment, your current benefit elections, <strong>except for the flexible spending account (FSA), <\/strong>will remain in effect for the upcoming plan year (January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023). If you want an FSA plan in 2023, you must submit your benefit elections by <strong>November 16, 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Your open enrollment materials, that include the 2023 biweekly contributions for medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with the complete 2023 Benefits Highlights Booklet, will be available online on November 7, 2022 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/cuhprd10portal.cooperhealth.edu\/lawson\/portal\/\">(Employee Self-Service).<\/a> You may access it through <strong>Employee Self-Service&gt;Benefits&gt;Benefit Booklet. <\/strong>This resource will provide useful information to help you select the plan that best meets your needs and budget.<\/p>\n<p>For enrollment questions, claim issues, help finding providers or understanding your plans, or assistance with the enrollment process, please call the Member Advocacy Program at 1.800.563.9929.
