The meeting provided a forum for Army Medicine to meet with civilian partners to share best practices and lessons learned and to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Leaders from eight health care systems, including Cooper, attended. Dr. Chovanes was the lead speaker and was presented with a special token from U.S. Army Surgeon General R. Scott Dingle in recognition of Cooper&#8217;s outstanding military training efforts.
