Now is your opportunity to nominate a Cooper team member for the Population Health Quarterly Award. The award honors a person who improves population health by enhancing patient outcomes, improving quality metrics, lowering costs, and increasing satisfaction. Nominees do not need to be part of the Population Health team \u2013 they can work in any department, as long as they demonstrate and influence the Population Health core values.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to the Q3 winner, Gerald Walsh, Manager of Ambulatory Operations. Gerry has been integral in supporting outreach efforts for Cooper\u2019s COVID-19 vaccination pop-up clinics, which are part of the Department of Health grant initiatives.
